1. Introduction

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for USING the event spaces under direct responsibility of WISE HANDS GROUP. By signing electronically or digitally this agreement, the USER (“User”) acknowledges and agrees to comply with all terms and conditions set forth below.

2. Use Period

The use period begins on the same date registered at the moment of the electronical or digital sign on the APP or on the Website. And it does ends as the term and conditions mentioned below. The USER is responsible for all activities and events that take place during this period as followed.

3. Responsibilities

3.1. Sole Responsibility: The User shall be solely responsible for any damage to the property, fixtures, or fittings occurring during the using period of the space. This includes any damage caused by the User, their guests, employees, or any third-party hired or not, by the User.

3.2. Circumstantial Situations: The User shall be solely responsible for any circumstantial situations that arise during the used period, including but not limited to, accidents, injuries, or any legal issues.

3.3 Care of equipment and goods. The User is fully responsible for any equipment brought into WISE HANDS GROUP by him or its own company, their guests, employees, or any third-party hired or not, by the User.

3.4 The event spaces. IT’S NOT THE WISE HANDS GROUP the responsibility to take care or replace equipment or any devices, of any kind, in case of loss, damage or whatever matter circumstances. The User is solely responsible for covering losses, damages and other types of losses that may be caused to the User’s goods brought into the WISE HANDS GROUP premises.

4. Use of Premises

4.1. Permitted Use: The User agrees to use the premises solely for the purpose stated in the USER/Membership agreement. Any other use is prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained from the WISE HANDS GROUP. The User agrees to restrict himself and his area of ​​use of the WISE HANDS GROUP facilities according to his Membership or according to his contract and use terms of the spaces reserved for events. The WISE HANDS GROUP reserves the right to prevent and notify, under risk of legal and criminal penalties, the presence of any User who is acting outside the limits defined in his Membership or contract for use of the event space. The User will only have access to his designated area by using the App, which will be his electronic access code and will constantly record his movement within the Wise Hand Group spaces. Access to the Wise Hands Group facilities will not be authorized to persons who are not duly identified through use and registration via the Wise Hands Group App or with express authorization from one of the people responsible for managing the Wise Hands Group spaces. In the event of entry without registration in the App, the user’s registration data will be recorded in an entry and exit control book that will be available only to the management of the Wise Hands Group spaces. The data will be confidential.

4.2. Compliance with Laws: The User agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations during the used period, being fully chargeable by law and, in place legislation, for any act of they, if do not follow the rules and terms and conditions here mentioned or other provided by written or notified via electronical/digital system from the Wise Hands Group.

4.3. Bring CHILDREN or minor 18 aged into the Wise Hands Group premises.

As per legislation in place the Wise Hands Group reserves the right to NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any children attending its premises. The liability insurance of Wise Hands Group covers all needs, however it’s the solely duty and responsibility of the parents, caries, or person who brought the children to the Wise Hands Group premises to take constant care of their children. Wise Hands Group reserves the right to call the legal or criminal authorities and social services for any children left unattended into the Wise Hands Group premises. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES BY THEIR PARENTS OR LEGAL PERSON RESPONSIBLE WHILE INSIDE THE Wise Hands Group PREMISES, INCLUDING WHEN ATTENDING THE TOILETS.

5. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the WISE HANDS GROUP, its employees, and agents from all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of or related to the User’s using of the premises.

6. Insurance

The User is required to provide proof of liability insurance with coverage suitable for the event or work, as the same for trade as self-employee or company, naming the Owner as an additional insured party to the management of Wise Hands Group. That will be requested and mandatory for use the event spaces and for owners of companies, and sole trade/self-employed people.

7. Payment and Fees

7.1. Use Fee: A financial donation is requested from the User to allow the use of the agreed spaces, meaning the conference rooms, the hot desks and other rooms available at the Wise Hands Group. The total of each donation is per request of the used space, which must be paid in full by the time of the User agrees with this Terms and conditions electronically or digitally. In case of MEMBERSHIPS, the donation amount will be charged once a month during his recurrence use of the space agreed. The donation can be set for a direct debit term, and it will be charged on the day 5th of each month, starting as the User agrees with this Terms and conditions electronically or digitally.

8. Cancellation Policy

If the User decides to terminate his membership or cancel de use of the event space, the donation will not be refunded. Except, and only in case, of per agreed by written by the Wise Hands Group management. For that a full request must be sent formally to the email juridico@wisehands.org describing the situation and reasons for the cancelation, as for the believe of the refund to take place.

9. Termination

The Wise Hands Group reserves the right to terminate this agreement and evict the User immediately if there is a breach of any of these terms and conditions without providing further details of the reasons for the termination of the agreement.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.

11. Signature

By marking the box below, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement and that all his personal data inserted on the WISE HANDS GROUP register process can be used for purposes of marketing, publicity, advertising and campaigns of and for the WISE HANDS GROUP, its products and services, including their partners and associates. The Use also agrees and allows to have their image and voice recorded by the Wise Hands Group CCTV security system for guard and safety measures of the premises. The User also agrees and allows to the Wise Hands Group, its partners and associates to record audio and video, including photos of all personal, as their employees, partners, and guests brought in to the Wise Hands Group premises, acknowledging that these recording can be used in any Wise Hands Group activities, in any time without further consultation with the User or any of these personal, as their employees, partners, and guests brought in to the Wise Hands Group premises.
